How It Works
A simple 4-step process to exhibit at InnoMetro and claim your government reimbursement.

Book Your Space
Confirm your participation as an exhibitor at InnoMetro 2026 and receive your allotment letter.
Step 2
Apply on MSME Portal
Submit your application online through the official MSME portal at least 15 days before the event.
Step 3
Exhibit & Network
Showcase your products/services to the top buyers in the Railway & Metro ecosystem.
Step 4
Claim Reimbursement
Submit your participation proof and bills post-event to receive up to 100% reimbursement.
Are You Eligible?
Ensure you meet the following criteria before applying for the PMS subsidy.
- Must hold a valid Udyam Registration Certificate.
- Must fall under the category of Micro or Small Enterprise (MSE).
- Products/Services should be relevant to the Railway, Metro, RRTS, or allied sectors.
- Must apply on the MSME portal before the cut-off date (min. 15 days prior to event).
- Must have not exhausted the maximum number of participations allowed per financial year under the scheme.
